Zephyr Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Your contact information is for receiving information from us. We use it to send the company news and updates you signed up for. We do not sell it, use it for unrelated purposes or share our subscriber list so other companies can market to you.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Direct Studio Production (“DSP,” “we,” “us”) operates the Zephyr updates signup. This policy covers subscriptions through our website, directstudioproduction.org, and company signup forms that link to this policy, together with the information needed to deliver and manage those updates.

Zephyr is in development. This is not a policy for future access to email inboxes, cameras, personal files or AI accounts inside the OS. Any such features need their own accurate privacy information and permissions before use.

2. What we collect

We receive the contact details you choose to submit, such as your name and email address, and any other fields you complete in the signup form. Depending on the form, other fields may include a phone number, your interests, answers about AI use or projects, a message, or an uploaded file. Only the information actually requested and submitted through the form is received.

Please provide only what is needed to receive updates. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identification documents, health records or confidential files. Subscribing does not give us access to your device, private accounts or their contents.

3. The only purpose of your subscription

We use subscriber information only to deliver and manage information from DSP and Zephyr that you requested. This includes Zephyr OS news, weekly research articles, product information, release and development updates, mini AI production updates, future robotics information, and other content related to the company.

Managing your subscription includes keeping your delivery details accurate, handling unsubscribe or deletion requests and retaining the minimum record needed to avoid contacting you again after you opt out. We do not use signup details to select testers, profile you, train AI, conduct unrelated research or advertise other companies’ products to you.

A phone number alone is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts. This policy does not enroll you in an SMS program. Signing up for news does not reserve a testing place or provide product access.

4. Website hosting and delivery services

Website, form and email-delivery providers process information as needed to receive your signup and deliver or manage our updates. Squarespace hosts this website. DSP does not sell or rent subscriber information or share it for another company’s independent marketing.

DSP does not send subscriber information to AI services for unrelated analysis or model training. Disclosure may be required by law; this is not permission to use your information for another marketing purpose.

Squarespace may also process certain website information independently for its own purposes under the Squarespace Privacy Policy. Our company-updates-only commitment applies to DSP’s use of information you submit; it does not change Squarespace’s own practices. Providers may process information in other states or countries.

5. Social and marketing platforms

If we share or market DSP or Zephyr content through YouTube, TikTok, Discord or Twitch, your use of those services is also subject to their own privacy policies. This includes viewing our content, interacting with our accounts or communities, and completing forms on those platforms. Each platform controls its own collection and use of information under its policies.

  1. YouTube — Google Privacy Policy
  2. TikTok Privacy Policy
  3. Discord Privacy Policy
  4. Twitch Privacy Notice

This policy still governs DSP’s use of subscriber information you choose to provide to us, including through a company signup form on another platform. It does not replace or control those platforms’ policies.

6. Website technical information

Separate from the subscriber details you enter, visiting a website involves technical processing. Squarespace receives information such as your IP address, browser/device information, pages visited and referral information. Cookies support site operation and may support traffic measurement. Some pages also load Google fonts, which requires a connection to Google’s servers.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on the site. Blocking cookies can affect site functions. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies.

7. Your choices, unsubscribe and deletion

Subscribing is optional. To stop receiving updates, correct your details, request access to the subscriber information we hold, or request deletion, email support@directstudioproduction.com. For an unsubscribe request, use “Unsubscribe” as the subject and tell us the subscribed email address. You can also use an unsubscribe link provided in an update.

We keep subscription information while you wish to receive our updates. After you opt out, the minimum suppression record may be retained to prevent further messages, together with any records required by law. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information. Your legal rights depend on where you live, and requests are handled subject to applicable law. Provider-held copies are also subject to that provider’s retention practices.

8. Security and children

No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending confidential information through a news signup form. These company and product updates are intended for adults. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. Changes and contact

We will keep this notice aligned with our practices and update its effective date when it changes. A change to this page does not automatically authorize an unrelated use of your subscriber information.
